Hi there! My name is Anna and I am the owner and sole provider here at Northern Reins Counseling.

I serve the state of North Dakota offering counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults. I have years of experience working with children ages 2-18, along with young adults.

I offer a wide range of therapies and consider myself to have a trauma informed lens, and person-centered.  I have training in  CBT, AutPlay Therapy, TF-CBT, Experiential Art Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Experiential Play Therapy, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Brainspotting.

I believe that when we can learn to see the world through the eyes of our children, we can truly start to understand them and their needs!
